It was a sunny day, and I was playing outside when I noticed something really special. It was a bike like none I’d ever seen before. It had three wheels instead of two, and it made almost no noise at all! So I asked my mom and I was curious.
It was so exciting when my mom told us that we could go for a ride! First I put on my bright blue helmet. The seat was incredibly soft and plush. I fastened my seatbelt, and I felt secure, I felt ready for adventure.
Then my mother started up the bike and it suddenly made a miracle. Unlike the loud roar of other motorcycles, this bike simply began to roll — in silence. We floated down the street so smoothly I could hear the birds singing and the wind blowing.
This is a special bike, unlike other bikes. Make it very steady, easy to riding in 3 wheels. Unlike gas-powered vehicles, the bike doesn't consume gas. This is an all-electric system, so it doesn't produce dirty smoke that can be harmful to our air. My mom said this helps keep our planet clean and healthy.
Big capacity battery tells the bike to hop. This battery aids fast movement and enables hill climbing for the bike. My mother taught me how simple driving was. She even let me steer for a little bit! I felt like a grown-up driver, slowly guiding the bike down the street.
We rode through our neighborhood and stopped at a pretty park. The ride was so serene and quiet. We could hear the leaves and the sound of the birds. We sailed over to the park where we had a picnic and bragged about our awesome electric trike.
My mom says that they are good for people who are going to help take care of our world. They don’t make noise, and they don’t dirty the air. I was proud we were riding something this special.
